Platform Rules
Platform Rules
Copyright Declaration
All content uploaded to the platform (videos, music, images, etc.) must declare a copyright source at publish time. Works without a declaration cannot be published.
Original
The creator holds all rights to the content, including works created with AI assistance.
Authorized Repost
You have authorization from the copyright owner to publish the content on the platform. We recommend retaining proof of authorization.
Public Domain / CC License
The work has entered the public domain or uses an open license such as Creative Commons.
Content Safety Detection
The platform uses technical measures to detect uploaded content and protect creator rights. Currently, detection results are for backend logging only and do not trigger automatic takedowns or penalties.
Duplicate File Detection
Identifies duplicate uploads via file fingerprint comparison. Currently logged only, not enforced.
Copyright Declaration Validation
At publish time, the system validates that the copyright declaration is complete; incomplete declarations cannot be submitted.
Violation Handling
The platform operates automated compliance detection with an escalating enforcement policy. Detected violations (infringement, piracy, etc.) are automatically handled per policy — content removal, shop freezing, or account bans — with notifications sent to the seller. See the Creator Agreement and DMCA Policy for details.
As the platform grows, we will gradually refine our management mechanisms. Every rule update will be announced in advance via in-app messages and announcements.
Creator Advice
