What are the requirements for seller onboarding?
Any creator can join for free. You need to complete email verification and identity verification (KYC) with a valid ID document. Enterprise sellers must also provide a business license.
How long does product review take?
After submission, the system completes review automatically, usually within minutes. Approved products are listed automatically. Content with potential violations enters a manual review queue.
Which payout methods are supported?
Creators are paid via **Stripe Connect** (overseas) or **WorldFirst** (mainland China). Earnings settle on a unified monthly cycle, with payouts issued on the **15th of the following month**. The minimum withdrawal is **$100**; available methods include bank transfer, Alipay, and WeChat Pay depending on your region.
Are there size/format requirements for uploads?
Requirements vary by category. Images should be 3000px or larger; videos support MP4/MOV; 3D models support GLB/FBX/OBJ, etc. See each category's upload guide for details.
