About the role

Build and run local-language creator communities (English, Spanish, Japanese, Bahasa, and more). Earn tiered commission boosts on transactions generated by your community — the larger and more active the community, the higher your boost.

What you'll do

• Build and moderate a local-language creator community in your region
• Onboard creators, answer product questions, and share official resources
• Organize community activities (workshops, creation challenges, feedback sessions)
• Own community metrics: membership, activity, conversion

What we're looking for

• Experience running online communities (Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, WeChat, or local platforms)
• Fluent in your community's language; English proficiency for partner communication
• Understanding of the creator economy or AI content tools is a plus
• Community-first mindset: help creators succeed before promoting
